At Nature Doctors we believe in treating the whole person, which includes the mind-body - spirit, or emotional body.. Whether you engage in yoga, meditation, prayer, or mindful walks in the woods, we all need time to connect with ourselves on a deeper level. Many studies have shown how profound the effects of meditation or mindful living, have on our health.
